Shortlisted at the Resi Awards 2023

We are delighted to announce that we are a finalist at this year's Resi Awards.

These prestigious awards, organised by Property Week, recognise the residential property sector and its successes, bringing together key players in the market. 

In joint venture between Countryside and Taylor Wimpey Central London, in association with the Mayor of London, Greenwich Millennium Village has been shortlisted for Large Developer of the Year which recognises standout schemes that have changed the face of property development in the UK. Greenwich Millennium Village will eventually create up to 3,600 new homes benefiting from transport infrastructure and an active local community. 

We look forward to the awards ceremony at Grosvenor Hotel on 10th May, when the winners will be announced.
