Shortlisted at the British Homes Awards 2022

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted at this year's British Homes Awards.

These prestigious awards recognise excellence and innovation in the British housebuilding industry, focusing on architectural design, interior design, build quality and innovation showcased by one-off houses through to major developments.

Greenwich Millennium Village, which has fast become an integrated community of homes, businesses, and places of leisure, has been shortlisted in the Best Community Living category. Once complete, the development will deliver over 2,800 new homes, alongside a wealth of amenities including co-working spaces, a games room, a nursery, café, shops, and a community centre.

The success is testament to the hard work of the project team, between Countryside and Taylor Wimpey Central London, in association with the Mayor of London, and not overlooking the high-quality design, innovation of the scheme but also the dedication to creating a lasting community.

We look forward to the awards ceremony at The Londoner Hotel on Friday 30th September, when the winners will be announced.
